Application of Logistics Lines in Factories

Source: Company Name Published: 2026-08-08

In the field of mechanical processing, workpiece processing often requires multiple operations. After each operation is completed, it should be transported to the next designated processing point for the next step of processing. This process is time-consuming and labor-intensive, with high labor intensity and low efficiency. Today we will introduce it. The processing assembly line includes logistics conveyors, processing equipment, multiple lifting devices and rotating fixtures, and conveying equipment, including frames and transfer paths, tooling for clamping workpieces and transfer paths, and lifting devices installed directly below the transfer paths, located at each processing position, used to fix and lift the transfer path of the processing fixture to a position. At the processing position, the lifting device lifts the processing tool and workpiece to the processing position, the workpiece is processed, and after processing is completed, the lifting device descends, and the processing tooling and workpiece are placed on the conveying channel. The transfer path continues to process the tooling and workpiece to the next processing position. When the bottom surface of the workpiece (the workpiece and the opposite processing tool) needs to be processed, the tooling and workpiece are first lifted to a certain height through the lifting mechanism, and then the workpiece is clamped by the rotating fixture.
